Welcome to The Hidden Indian Talent Show, organized by The Hit Films. By participating in our show, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

General Information

1. Registration:
   • All participants must register through our official website, www.thehitfilms.com. No offline entries will be accepted.
   • Registration is free of cost.
2. Categories:
   • The competition features six main categories: Dancing, Singing, Stand-up Comedy, Modelling, Acting, and Storytelling.
   • There are two age groups: Juniors (below 15) and Seniors (15 and above).
3. Competition Levels:
   • The competition includes three levels: Audition, Semifinals, and Finals.
   • The event is organized Pan India.
4. Multiple Categories:
   • Separate registrations are required to participate in more than one category.
5. Accuracy:
   • Any incorrect information or submissions will result in disqualification.
6. Solo Participation:
   • All performances will be solo.

Auditions Entry

1. Registration Period:
   • Online registrations begin on July 1, 2024, and end on October 30, 2024 (midnight).
2. Video Submission:
   • Participants must submit their audition videos to the website by October 30, 2024.
3. Voting Period:
   • Audition videos will be open for online voting from November 5, 2024, to November 31, 2024.
4. Results Announcement:
   • Audition results will be announced on December 5, 2024.
5. Voting Criteria:
   • Online voting counts the total number of views, likes, comments, shares, and subscriptions on YouTube.
6. Official Channels:
   • Only votes on the official channels will be considered; personal channels’ votes will not count.
7. Selection Criteria:
   • Top 500 participants per category per state based on online voting + 500 chosen by judges.

Semifinals and Finals

1. Schedule:
   • Semifinals and Finals will take place in December, January, and February.
2. Format:
   • Semifinals will be conducted online, and Finals will be conducted offline.
3. Finals Venues:
   • Mumbai will be the location for finals. The venue will be announced with the results of the semifinals.
4. Notifications:
   • All dates and schedules will be communicated through official websites and channels.
5. Travel and Accommodation:
   • Provided by the show for final participants.

Age Groups

1. Categories:
   • Kids Group (up to 15 years) and Adults Group (15 to 60 years).
2. Multiple Entries:
   • Contestants can enter multiple categories with different routines but cannot compete more than once in the same category and age group.
3. Proof of Age:
   • Must be available at every contest. Failure to provide proof may result in disqualification.
4. Age Calculation:
   • All ages are calculated as of July 1, 2024.

Registration Process

1. Three-Step Process:
   • Register on the Official Website with an Intro Video.
   • Get 20 Subscribers Through Your Video to the Official YouTube Channel.
   • Prepare and Submit the Audition Video Online.

Online Voting

1. Purpose:
   • Used to decide the top participants.
2. Calculation:
   • Sum of total views, likes, subscribers, and views on the official platforms of The Hit Films.
3. Platforms:
   • Voting conducted on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram only.
4. Qualification:
   • Top 500 participants in each category with the highest total online votes qualify for semifinals.
5. Calculation:
   • 1 Like = 1 Vote.
   • 1 Subscriber = 3 Votes.

Video Submission Rules

1. Video Length:
   • Intro Video: Must not exceed 25 seconds.
   • Audition Video: Maximum length is 60 seconds. Videos longer than this will be trimmed to the first 60 seconds.
2. No Editing:
   • Videos must be unedited and in one take. Edited videos will result in automatic disqualification.
3. Music and Songs:
   • May be provided to avoid copyright issues for dancing and singing categories.

Rewards

1. Data Privacy:
   • By registering and participating, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
2. Content Rights:
   • The Hit Films reserves the right to use all submitted videos and content for promotional purposes across various platforms without additional consent.
3. Disqualification:
   • Participants found to be violating any rules or engaging in fraudulent activities will be immediately disqualified.
4. Modifications:
   • The Hit Films reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any part of the competition at any time without prior notice.

6. Governing Law:
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
